Keep useful paths and a door that opens

A piece fitting in a rectangle does not mean the room works. Circulation and opening space matter too.

Trace the route

There should be a clear route from the door to the bed, desk and wardrobe. Move deep pieces first if the route breaks.

Do not place a desk or bed in the door swing. Measure the open leaf in your own room: it can vary widely.

Test with painter's tape or boxes before moving heavy furniture. The plan guides you, but the real room decides.
